When you "send as gift," you can enter your recipient's info (name, email, message) and after purchase, the gift card will be emailed immediately to your recipient along with your message.

If you don't select "send as gift," then the gift card will be emailed to you, immediately after purchase, and you can print or forward it to anyone to use.

Gift Card

There was a very small issue with the first pair I bought, nothing that would make me return them. Then, ON HER OWN, the owner sent me a gift card to get another pair of shoes, because she was aware of the issue with said pair. What an amazing company 👏 🥰
