Didn’t work out? No problem — we can exchange or refund your order as long as the items meet the policy terms below!

RETURN POLICY

Returns & exchanges are accepted on all eligible items that meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn (no damage, marks, or personal stains)
  • In original box with tissue/packaging
  • Orders shipped within the United States

Returns not accepted on:

  • Drinkware (due to the hygienic nature of drinkware products)
  • Orders shipped outside the United States

Return Options:

  • Exchange for a different size
  • Exchange for a different item within $5 of the original price
  • Refund to original payment method
  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Once a return or exchange is initiated in the portal, returned items must be shipped within 14 days
  • Returns not shipped within 14 days will be automatically closed and are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange
  • EXCHANGES: you buy the return label* to send item(s) back to us, we cover shipping the new item(s) out to you!
  • RETURNS: you buy the return label* and the original shipping cost is nonrefundable. These amounts will be deducted from your refund amount.

*Return label costs approximately $10 USD, and can be purchased in our Returns Portal.

  • Follow the steps on our Returns Portal to process your return & download a return shipping label.
  • Remember to include the original packing slip and packaging materials (shoe box, tissue, etc) in your return package.
  • Do not stick shipping label directly to the shoe box — use a mailer bag. A $3 packaging fee will be deducted if the box is returned damaged or unusable.
  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of requesting your label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

  • EXCHANGES Your new item will dispatch the same day that your returned item is accepted.
  • REFUNDS Your refund will be processed the same day your returned item is accepted. Please note that refunds to original payment method can take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
