★ No tape measure? Medium’s a safe bet for most people. But if you know your ankles/calves are on the slim or thick side, Small or Large may give a more tailored fit.

★ If you plan to wear these over boots, add 1” (3 cm) to your ankle measurement

★ If you're at the top of a size range, expect a wide lace gap; if you're at the bottom, the gap will be narrow. Size up or down based on your aesthetic preferences.

★ Fits dancers up to 5’9” (175 cm) out of the box; taller dancers can re-lace the tongue higher so the knee pad sits at perfect position.
