RETURN POLICY

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on all items that meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused (no marks or personal stains)
  • In original condition with tags attached

Returns not accepted on:

  • Sale items
  • International orders (outside US)
  • Exchanges are free
  • Returns for store credit are free
  • Returns for refund to original payment method will have shipping costs deducted

Follow the steps on the return portal to process your return & download a pre-paid return shipping label. Remember to include the original packing slip and packaging materials (tags, shoe box, tissue, etc) in your return package.

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of requesting a return shipping label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

  • EXCHANGES Your new item will dispatch the same day that your returned item is accepted.
  • REFUNDS Your refund will be processed the same day your returned item is accepted, and applied to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
  • STORE CREDIT When returns are processed for store credit, a Show Pony gift card will be issued once your return is approved, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase. 

Due to customs duties & taxes, we can't accepts returns or exchanges on orders outside of the US just yet (we're sorry)!

Please submit a return or exchange request via the Returns Portal above. When asked for a reason, please include images of the fault.
