Didn't work out? No problem - We will happily exchange, credit, or refund your order, providing the items meet our terms & conditions below!
RETURN POLICY
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on all items that meet the following criteria:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused (no marks or personal stains)
- In original condition with tags attached
Returns not accepted on:
- Sale items
- International orders (outside US)
- Exchanges are free
- Returns for store credit are free
- Returns for refund to original payment method will have shipping costs deducted
Follow the steps on the return portal to process your return & download a pre-paid return shipping label. Remember to include the original packing slip and packaging materials (tags, shoe box, tissue, etc) in your return package.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of requesting a return shipping label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
- EXCHANGES Your new item will dispatch the same day that your returned item is accepted.
- REFUNDS Your refund will be processed the same day your returned item is accepted, and applied to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
- STORE CREDIT When returns are processed for store credit, a Show Pony gift card will be issued once your return is approved, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.
Due to customs duties & taxes, we can't accepts returns or exchanges on orders outside of the US just yet (we're sorry)!
