RETURN POLICY

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on all items that meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn
  • Unused (no marks or personal stains)
  • In original box with tissue/packaging

Returns not accepted on:

  • Damaged, marked, or used items
  • Orders outside the United States (we're sorry!)

Return Options:

  • Exchange for a different size or item
  • Refund to original payment method or store credit

Exchange Methods:

  • Standard Exchange: your new item ships after your return is received.
  • Instant Exchange: your new item ships immediately with a temporary card hold equal to the price of the replacement item; you’re only charged if the return is not scanned by the carrier within 5 days.
  • EXCHANGES: you buy the return label* to send item(s) back to us, we cover shipping the new item(s) out to you!
  • RETURNS TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD OR STORE CREDIT: you buy the return label* and the original shipping cost is nonrefundable. These amounts will be deducted from your refund amount.

*Return label costs approximately $7-8 USD, and can be purchased in our portal.

  • Follow the steps on the return portal to process your return & download a return shipping label.
  • Remember to include the original packing slip and packaging materials (shoe box, tissue, etc) in your return package.
  • Do not stick shipping label directly to the shoe box — use a mailer bag.
  • Instant Exchanges must be scanned by the carrier within 5 days of requesting a label; all other returns must be shipped within 14 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

  • STANDARD EXCHANGES Your new item will dispatch the same day that your returned item is accepted.
  • INSTANT EXCHANGES Your new item will dispatch immediately upon submitting your exchange request.
  • REFUNDS Your refund will be processed the same day your returned item is accepted. Please note that refunds to original payment method can take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
