Show Pony Stripper Shoes Returns

RETURN POLICY

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order date on all shoes that meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn
  • Unused (no marks or personal stains)
  • In original box with tissue/packaging

Returns not accepted on:

  • Damaged, marked, or used items
  • Orders outside the US or Canada (we're sorry!)

Return methods:

  • Exchange for a different size of the same shoe
  • Refund to original payment method
  • Refund to store credit that is emailed to you as a Show Pony gift card that never expires

You are responsible for the return shipping fee:

  • Exchange for a different size: you pay return shipping* to send item(s) back to us, we cover shipping the new size(s) out to you! Return label can be purchased in our portal.
  • Returns to payment method or store credit: you pay return shipping* and the original shipping amount is nonrefundable. These amounts will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • If shoe box is returned damaged, $5 will be deducted from your refund so we can replace the box

*Return shipping is $15 USD flat fee for U.S. & Canada

Follow the steps on the return portal to process your return & download a return shipping label. Remember to include the original packing slip and packaging materials (shoe box, tissue, etc) in your return package. Do not stick shipping label directly to the box - use a mailer bag.

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of requesting a return shipping label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

  • EXCHANGES Your new item will dispatch the same day that your returned item is accepted.
  • REFUNDS Your refund will be processed the same day your returned item is accepted, and applied to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
  • STORE CREDIT When returns are processed for store credit, a Show Pony gift card will be issued once your return is approved, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase. This gift card never expires.
